How to use? Just have to follow 6 simple steps.

1. After Bathing, use a warm towel to wipe your waist area/arm/thighs
2. Trim the wrap into 2 or 3 parts depending on your waist length.
3. Wrapped the slimming wrap on your waist area/arm/thighs (depending on which area you want to slim down)
4. Wrapped a layer of transparent plastic wrap (those plastic wraps used to keep food fresh) to secure the slimming wrap.
5. Remove the slimming wrap after 30-45minutes & massage your waist area/arm/thighs to make sure the skin fully absorbed the leftover essence on the your body.
6. You can clean the area again using warm water & get ready for bed
